We believe that every detail matters and everything has importance. Down to the smallest component. From infrastructure and site planning to the smallest detail of the home. There is no reason for doing anything if it is not done correctly.   

The company was founded in 2013 because our founder David Reitz perceived a lack of integrity and innovation within the construction community. Coining the phrase "We do what we say", it has been hardly a struggle to stand out from the competition. The name Stella comes from his grandmother, who immigrated from the Ukraine when she was 16. Stella and Michael Pancio were small business owners and achieved their american dream through hard work, discipline and a commitment to doing the right thing: qualities which we at Stella Construction strive to emulate.

We look to the future and are just getting started in our attempt to bring fresh perspective to production building. We believe there is a better way of doing things and that our customers want a higher level of quality and lifestyle. 

 

OUR NAME

Stella construction is named after our 95 year old grandmother.

In 1945 Stella Pancio fled her Homeland of Ukraine to escape Nazi oppression. She stayed in Holland for a brief period before immigrating to Staten Island. In New York City she met Michael Pancio, her husband of 45 years. Shortly after they were married, they moved to a small town in Western New York. There they started a small grocery store and it maintained up until Michael Pancio’s retirement. They achieved their American dream through hard work, discipline and a commitment to doing the right thing.

Our company was built on the Christian values that were passed down from our grandparents.  Our mission is excellence in our work and to differentiate ourselves by doing what we say.
